ERICA PARRISH | M.S., NCC, LSC, LCPC

Erica is a licensed clinical professional counselor and licensed school counselor in Montana with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Oregon State University. With over 15 years of experience, she helps teens, young adults, parents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

Erica understands the complexity of modern family life—from the pressures teens face in today’s world to the stress and overwhelm parents often carry. She brings a warm, grounded, and practical approach to therapy, helping clients develop insight, improve communication, reduce anxiety, and create meaningful change.

She has worked extensively with adolescents and young adults in both school and university settings, supporting identity development, emotional regulation, and self-worth. Erica also works closely with parents and adults navigating their own transitions, whether it’s parenting, relationships, career shifts, or rediscovering purpose.

In addition to her private practice, Erica teaches graduate counseling students at Montana State University and serves as the Assistant Board Chair of the Montana School Counseling Association. Her experience living in five states and multiple countries, and being bilingual in English and Spanish, allows her to connect with clients from all walks of life.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your teen, or your whole family, Erica offers a space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
